Constantly Increasing Webinar Attendance 

Ran approximately one webinar per month, with registrants and attendance constantly improving, thereby providing more sales-ready leads for the sales team. Orchestrated webinars in partnership with external partners. Also ran webinars in a variety of formats depending on subject matter and parameters.

Developed topics of interest, wrote scripts, created the slideware, wrote the email invitations and accompanying landing page. Also, always delivered additional downloadable asset, such as a white paper, to extend the life of the webinar and continue to garner interest.

Customer Testimonials (Videos, Case Studies, Quotes)

Everyone knows that customers are essential to securing credibility, and yet they can be some of the most difficult assets to secure. I have driven the initiative from beginning to end result to secure customers in video testomonials - from securing permission, to interviewing and shooting the video to editing the footage. I have also secured this same level of participation for written case studies, quotes in press release and quotes on websites.

Developed Extensive SEO-Optimized Resource Library

With over 150 pieces of content, I created a carefully curated content library with demo videos, case studies, infographics, guides, white papers and much more. Every piece were aimed to educate prospects and customers. Further, the focused educational content was a core part of the SEO strategy.

Press Conferences

Orchestrated multiple press conferences, such as one for Cablevision's NYC Parks Wi-Fi availability. The results included coverage on three broadcast networks and over 20 news websites with more than 30M unique visitors, positioning Cablevision as a broadband leader.

Additionally, I worked on other press conferences for Cablevision, Samsung at CES 2010 and other events for other clients.

Crisis Communications

Handled numerous crisis communications, including 2x / day updates to the media around Superstorm Sandy and Cablevision's connectivity repairs, updates to the media regarding hurricane Irene's damage and the cable company's restoration progress as well as other outages in addition to community concerns regarding the right to unionize, coverage and carriage disputes.
