When you first get a job you enter it with enthusiasm and passion. You were hired to create change and deliver better. The same is true with new hires around you. They bring an energy, a happiness to make the organization The Best.
Unfortunately, we've all witnessed when that withers. It's soul-killing to the individual and the organization.
