When Your Employees Stop Caring

When you first get a job you enter it with enthusiasm and passion. You were hired to create change and deliver better. The same is true with new hires around you. They bring an energy, a happiness to make the organization The Best. 

 

Unfortunately, we've all witnessed when that withers. It's soul-killing to the individual and the organization.

 

Seth Godin has a nice summary on "corporate mediocrity," which rings oh so true. We've all seen it and witnessed it. He also addresses ways to address it.
